Thai sweet chili sauce

Ingredients

1. 1 cup sugar
2. 1/3 cup of water
3. 3/4 cup of white vinegar
4. 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
5. Habanero, for flavour
6. A lot of Thai chilies
7. A handful of garlic

Steps

1. Double the recipe to make a bottle of sauce.
2. The amount of chilies and garlic can vary, but the ratio of white vinegar and sugar has to be precise.
