Basque cheesecake

Ingredients

• Cream cheese: 226 g (1 standard block, softened)
• Eggs: 1.5 large eggs (whisk 2 eggs and use about 75 g)
• Heavy cream: 116 g
• Sugar: 75 g
• All-purpose flour: 11 g
• Vanilla extract: 2.5 g (approx. 1/2 tsp)
• Salt: 1.3 g (approx. 1/4 tsp)

Steps

1. Blend everything together.
2. Use a small springform pan.
3. Bake for 20 min at 440°F.
4. Then broil for 10 min.
